English: The Finca Berlin is located in a quiet and relaxed area directly at the Spekte See and the Spandau Forest. For the hot days of the year you can swim a lap from the small beach. The apartment has its own terrace and garden area and its own parking space under the carport. Bus line 137 runs right outside our front door to Rathaus Spandau train station. From here the train takes 15 minutes to the center of Berlin. German: Die Finca Berlin liegt in einer ruhigen und entspannten Gegend direkt am Spekte See und am Spandauer Forst. Für die heißen Tage des Jahres kann man von dem kleinen Badestrand aus eine Runde schwimmen. Zur Wohnung gehören eine eigene Terrasse sowie Gartenanteil und ein eigener Stellplatz unter dem Carport. Die Buslinie 137 fährt direkt vor unserer Haustür bis zum Bahnhof Rathaus Spandau. Von hieraus fährt der Zug in 15 Min bis ins Zentrum Berlins.
