I especially look for peaple who are working during week in Dresden and will drive home on weekends, when I will need the apartment usually. The tram stops right outside the front door, so you sometimes hear the tram but the windows are very good. The supermarket and a pharmacy are right next door and also a night shop and a asian restaurant and a Döner. There are also events and a city beach nearby. Tram goes 9 minutes to city center and 20 minutes to university.
