1 room apartment of 90m² in Berlin

English: Our apartment is in one of the most sought after areas of Berlin, next to the canal between the neighborhoods of Neukölln and Kreuzberg. There are loads of great restaurants, cafés and bars in the area, but our house lies in a more quiet stretch. It is especially quiet and peaceful in the sleeping rooms that go out to the back. We are renting out the three-room-apartment fully furnished and equipped starting from March 15th for a limited period of at least ten months during a longer stay abroad. We are looking for tenants who will treat our apartment with respect. We are not an agency, but are renting privately. The apartment, with approximately 90 m² of living space, is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) and is well suited for two people or a small family with a child. We can also offer a baby bed. Pets are also possible by arrangement. The apartment is equipped with a great fitted kitchen with all the dishes, pots and pans you need, a dining area, washing machine, bathroom with bathtub, two large closets, workspace, sofas, etc. Anmeldung (registration) as place of residence is possible The apartment has high ceilings, is airy and bright. The kitchen, bathroom and all the rooms were renovated a couple of years ago, so everything is up to a good standard. German: Unsere Wohnung liegt in einer der begehrtesten Gegenden Berlins, direkt am Kanal zwischen den Stadtteilen Neukölln und Kreuzberg. Es gibt viele tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Bars in der Gegend, aber unser Haus liegt in einem ruhigeren Teil. Besonders ruhig ist es im Schlafzimmer, das nach hinten rausgeht. Wir vermieten die Wohnung ab 15. März voll möbliert und ausgestattet während eines längeren Auslandsaufenthalts befristet für einen Zeitraum von mindestens zehn Monaten. Wir suchen nach Mietern, die respektvoll mit unserer Wohnung umgehen. Wir sind keine Agentur, sondern vermieten privat. Die Wohnung mit ca. 90 m² Wohnfläche befindet sich im 4. Obergeschoss und ist gut geeignet für zwei Personen oder eine kleine Familie mit Kind. Auch Haustiere sind nach Absprache möglich. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einer tollen Einbauküche inkl Geschirr, Töpfen und Pfannen mit einer Essnische, Waschmaschine, Bad mit Badewanne, zwei großen Schränken, Arbeitsplatz, Sofas etc. Anmeldung ist möglich
