The flat consists of a tastefully furnished kitchen/dining area, a living area with sofa bed and a bedroom. -The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed. This will of course already be made up when you arrive. If you would like separate sleeping areas, please let us know at least one day before your arrival. Towels are also provided. -The bedroom has a cosy, luxurious bed and a wardrobe. -Fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find a large selection of cooking utensils, crockery and a Nespresso machine. -A large, communicative dining area for 4 people is at your disposal. A new bathroom with floor-to-ceiling rain shower completes the flat. *Washing machine* Use of the washing machine in the kitchen is free of charge! There is underfloor heating under the terrazzo floor. There are numerous restaurants, cafés, bakeries, shops and pharmacies in the neighbourhood. There is a supermarket directly opposite. Unter dem Terrazzoboden liegt eine Fußbodenheizung. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés, Bäckereien, Shops und Apotheken . Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Im Gebäude selbst befindet sich ein kleines Geschäft (Kiosk) für Tabak und kleine Gegenstände des täglichen Lebens.
