English: As I am going abroad for a year for work, I am renting out my beautiful apartment in the heart of Berlin. It is very centrally located and has perfect public transportation connections and is surrounded by beautiful nature, such as the popular Gleisdreieck Park. There is also a kiosk with a package store and a gym right next door. The apartment is very well laid out and is nice and bright. Facing south-west. Sie ist super zentral gelegen und hat eine perfekte Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und ist umgeben von schöner Natur, wie z.B. dem beliebten Gleisdreieck Park. Gleich nebenan befindet sich außerdem ein Kiosk mit Paket Shop und ein Fitnessstudio. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und ist schön hell. Ausrichtung Süd-West.
