English: I am renting out my small 33 square metre flat for the months of February to May 2025.
I will be travelling to Central America from 30 January to 28 April and will leave everything as fully furnished as it is.

The kitchen is the showpiece and includes a ceramic hob and oven, lots of accessories, coffee machine, coffee tabs, fridge and many small cupboards.
