English: While we are away on vacation, we’re looking to rent out our wonderful apartment right by Helmi (Helmholtzplatz) for 2 months. The apartment is about 105 sqm in total, of which around 80 sqm will be available — 2 of the 3 rooms, plus the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located in the heart of a lively neighborhood, with plenty of cafés and restaurants right outside the door. If you have any questions or are interested, feel free to get in touch. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 105 m², wovon etwa 80 m² zur Verfügung stehen: 2 von 3 Zimmern, dazu Küche und Bad. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: Mitten im lebendigen Kiez, umgeben von zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants und kleinen Läden – alles direkt vor der Haustür.
