The apartment is bright, cozy, and fully equipped, so you can basically move in with just your suitcase. It is located in a great area of Sachsenhausen, with supermarkets, a pharmacy, bakeries, traditional apple wine taverns, gyms, and restaurants all nearby. Ideally, you are clean, reliable, respectful, and a non-smoker. It would also be great if you are comfortable taking care of indoor plants, as I have quite a few.
