Due to the good residential area and the spacious garden around the house as well as the location on the top floor of the house, the apartment gives a far-reaching view of nature and is almost invisible to the neighbors.
The abundance of light in the rooms provides an airy feeling of space and a lot of inspiration, especially since the energy of the house is also harmonious and warm thanks to wooden elements and good alignment.
The apartment is equipped with all important utensils and can be rented immediately at short notice from 1 - 3 months.
The connection to public transport is within walking distance, as is the cute city center with all facilities for daily needs. A gym and a wooded area for jogging are also within walking distance.
The airport is only 7 minutes away by car and Stuttgart city centre can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The Highway junctions to the nearest A8 motorway are only 5 minutes away by car.
For the safety of the many private belongings, private liability insurance must be taken out or presented together with the rental agreement. We are happy to help you with the registration and the contribution is very small but protects you from unforeseen costs in case something is accidentally damaged.

Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines 3-Familienhauses und ist mit Möbeln im französischen Stil eingerichtet. Das dezente weiß des Mobiliars sorgt neben den vielen Fenstern für viel Helligkeit und lädt zum gemütlichen Wohlfühlen und Entspannen ein.
Durch die gute Wohngegend und den großzügigen Garten rund um das Haus sowie der Lage im obersten Geschoss des Hauses vermittelt die Wohnung einen Weitblick in die Natur und ist nahezu uneinsehbar für die Nachbarn.
Das viele Licht in den Räumen sorgt für ein luftiges Raumgefühl und viel Inspiration, zumal die Engergie des Hauses durch Holzelemente und einer guten Ausrichtung auch harmonisch und warm ist.
Die Wohnung ist mit allen wichtigen Utensilien ausgestattet und kann sofort kurzfristig ab 1 - 3 Monate angemietet werden.
