English: Hello Berliners! I am subletting this beautiful, sunny and peaceful apartment in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg from February 26th - April 2nd, with the option to potentially extend. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, 40 m2, with a backyard / interior (super quiet), and the balcony faces south (great for sunshine). The pictures show the entire apartment (bathroom, hallway, kitchen, bedroom and balcony). The largest room is the bedroom, which also serves as a living room. It is fully furnished - all furniture/appliances belong to the apartment. There is a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, a stove/oven, a ceiling fan and plates/cutlery/cups) Rent: The rent is €1,150 for one month and includes all utilities, electricity, broadcasting and internet costs. In addition, a deposit of €1,500 is required as the furniture will be temporarily left for you. Prorated rent can be worked out depending on the duration of stay. The flat is well connected - 25 minutes to Warschauer Straße and 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz, with a tram and Sbahn station within 5-7 minutes walk. Access to the U2 ubahn stations (Eberswalder Straße and Schönhauser Allee) are about 10 minutes walk. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the apartment. Stock, 40 m2, Hinterhof (super ruhig), und der Balkon ist nach Süden ausgerichtet (toll für Sonnenschein). Die Bilder zeigen die gesamte Wohnung (Bad, Diele, Küche, Schlafzimmer und Balkon). Das größte Zimmer ist das Schlafzimmer, das auch als Wohnzimmer dient. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert - alle Möbel/Geräte gehören zur Wohnung. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, einen Staubsauger, einen Herd/Backofen und Teller/Besteck/Tassen) Miete: Die Miete beträgt 1.200 € pro Monat und beinhaltet die Nebenkosten, Strom und Internetkosten. Außerdem ist eine Kaution in Höhe von 1.500 € zu hinterlegen, da die Möbel vorübergehend für Sie zurückgelassen werden. Bei einer Buchung für 2 Monate beträgt die Miete 1.100 € pro Monat :) Rauchen und Haustiere sind in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
