This beautiful studio was newly renovated and is centrally located in Kreuzberg between two big city parks called Viktoria and Flaschenhal (southern part of Gleis-Dreieck Park). It lies at the first floor of a respectful old building and faces a quiet courtyard with trees. The large windows, the high ceiling and especially the wooden-tiled floor in the apartment, they all give a "ALTBAU" flair and special comfort.

Die Waschmaschine ist das Badezimmer, zusammen mit einer modernen Dusche und ein paar Schränke.

Dieses schöne Studio wurde neu renoviert und liegt zentral in Kreuzberg zwischen den beiden großen Stadtparks Viktoria und Flaschenhal (südlicher Teil des Gleis-Dreieck-Parks). Es liegt in der ersten Etage eines respektablen Altbaus und blickt auf einen ruhigen Innenhof mit Bäumen. Die großen Fenster, die hohen Decken und vor allem der Holzfliesenboden in der Wohnung verleihen der Wohnung ein "ALTBAU"-Flair und besonderen Komfort.
