The location is Groundfloor with your own privat garden, there are 6floor buildings sourrounding you by 3 sides, so it will never be as light as it is on 6th floor. But since one side is open and one side has significant distance it’s not dark at all.
4m high walls, new LED lightning, additional garden shed incl. equipment.
Every room has windows.
The apartment is as cozy as possible and is surrounded by the garden and plants, an oasis in the middle of the city.
The garden is fenced high with a privacy screen.
Security:
The garden apartment is equipped with electric shutters and an alarm system. Motion detectors, smoke detectors & window/door security including optional connected security guards. If you close the electric shutters, it would take a lot to enter. There was never an incident and it’s a save neighborhood but when my mom used to live there I made sure she had a system to get help if needed, also in case of accidents.
Bedroom:
Separate bedroom with large wardrobe and double box spring bed. Full length mirror available.
Kitchen:
Kitchen with dining table for 4 people.
Sockets are at the table to work there too.
Large modern fridge with freezer compartment.
Washing machine, dishwasher and dryer.
Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven and everything you need to cook.

The garden has an electricity connection and can be illuminated from the inside with a light switch if desired.
Access:
You have the whole house to yourself, as well as the garden with a high privacy screen and lots of plants.
Access to the garden shed including equipment.
Other important information
The house is very comfortable and practically furnished. The furniture and pictures are mostly custom-made by local artists. It is therefore important to me to treat them well.
Dishes, beds and all other things are of high quality.
There is a large basement with shelving and storage areas in the front building. Sufficient bicycle parking spaces available.
The rear building is rented furnished or partly furnished.

Separates Schlafzimmer mit großem Kleiderschrank und Doppel-Boxspringbett. Ganzkörperspiegel vorhanden.

Küche mit Esstisch für 4 Personen.
Steckdosen sind am Tisch um dort auch zu arbeiten.
Großer moderner Kühlschrank mit Eisfach.

Die hintere Terrasse ist mit einem Allwetter-Schirm den man einklappen kann überdacht und kann dann nicht voll von den umliegenden Häusern eingesehen werden.
Grill (Gas und kohle von Weber) & Outdoor Ofen
& Gartenmöbel sind vorhanden.
Der Garten hat einen Stromanschluss und kann auf Wunsch per Lichtschalter von innen beleuchtet werden.
Zugang:
Sie haben das ganze Haus für sich, ebenso den Garten mit hohem Sichtschutz und vielen Pflanzen.
Zugang zum Gartenschuppen inkl. Geräten.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Möbel und Bilder sind meist Sonderanfertigungen. Daher ist es mir wichtig diese gut zu behandeln
Geschirr, Betten und alle anderen Dinge sind hochwertig.
Es gibt einen großen Keller mit Regalen und Abstellflächen im Vorderhaus. Fahrradstellplätze ausreiichend vorhanden.
Das Hinterhaus wird möbliert oder teil-möbliert vermietet.
