The flat is near a bus stop, only a few minutes by foot. It takes only 15 minutes max by car to get to the city center of Braunschweig and you can reach the motorway to Wolfsburg or Hannover in only 5 minutes.
Volkmarode is well connected in every Direktion and provides several shopping possibilities, pharmacy, doctors, hairdressers, tankstation, bank, restorants, yet it's close to nature as well. There is a little lake only 5 minutes away. Riddagshausen is very close in the south of Volkmarode and invites to walking, cycling, relaxing or even ice skating in winter. The monastery and church from the middle ages are really nice for a bit of sightseeing and afterwards it's nice to rest in the little cafe "teetied".
