We are looking for a reliable friendly family who enjoy the quiet neighbourhood close to parks, woods & lakes while still being near public transport, shops & universities. The apt is on the first & second floor of our charming pre-war, free-standing house (fully renovated a few years ago) with separate entrance (door com). The ground floor is rented out to a lovely academic family. It‘s Berlin at its best, close to leisure activities (here you can walk to Schlachtensee for your daily swim) but still well connected. Parking on the street is easy and our bike shed can be used. Very pretty & safe neighbourhood with a nice cafe around the corner. Daily amenities in walking distance (restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies, medical doctors), 13min walk to public transport (S Nikolassee with S1 & S7 very well connected to West, East and Central Berlin areas as well as Potsdam). The apt features a modern fully equipped kitchen (incl. fridge&freezer, dishwasher et al.).
