The apartment is available from July 23rd 2023 till September 4th 2024. (Maybe even till October 1st).
Living room: 2 big windows & a glass door that leads to the balcony, working desk, (sleeping) couch and a Bluetooth Marshall Woburn Speaker.
Kitchen: electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, mocca coffee maker, milk foam maker. Kitchen Table for 4 people.
Long Hallway with shoe cabinets.
Bath room: Toilet, shower, bath tub, washing machine (up to 9kg).
2nd guest toilet room with sink.
Bed room one: 1,40 x 2,00m bed, couch, clothing rack, shelf + balcony and a Bose Bluetooth Speaker.
Bed room two: 1,40 x 2,00m bed & clothing rack.
The bed rooms are being renovated right now. More/New pictures are following soon.
All rooms of the flat have windows which makes the apartment very bright. Personally I often use the living room as a photography studio, If you're also a film maker or photographer and would like to rent out any of my cameras, lamps, flashes or backgrounds - let me know! :-)

Badezimmer: Toilette, Dusche, Badewanne, Waschmaschine (bis zu 9 kg).
Zweites, separates Gäste-WC mit Waschbecken.
Schlafzimmer [HIDDEN] m Bett, Couch, Kleiderständer, Regal + Balkon.
Schlafzimmer zwei: 1,40 x 2,00m Bett & Kleiderständer.

Alle Räume der Wohnung haben Fenster, was die Wohnung sehr hell macht. Persönlich benutze ich das Wohnzimmer oft als Fotostudio. Wenn Du auch ein Filmemacher oder Fotograf bist und eine meiner Kameras, Lampen, Blitze oder Hintergründe mieten möchtest - sag Bescheid! :-)
