English: Bright, furnished 3 room apartment with lots of plants and well curated art pieces on the walls. Big living room, kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet and two balconies. Living room: 2 big windows & a glass door that leads to the balcony, working desk, (sleeping) couch and a Bluetooth Marshall Woburn Speaker. Kitchen: electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, mocca coffee maker, milk foam maker. Kitchen Table for 4 people. Long Hallway with shoe cabinets. Bath room: Toilet, shower, bath tub, washing machine (up to 9kg). 2nd guest toilet room with sink. Bed room one: 1,40 x 2,00m bed, couch, clothing rack, shelf + balcony and a Bose Bluetooth Speaker. Bed room two: 1,40 x 2,00m bed & clothing rack. The bed rooms are being renovated right now. More/New pictures are following soon. All rooms of the flat have windows which makes the apartment very bright. Küche: Elektroherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster, Mokkakaffee- Milchschaummaschine und zwei Gewürzregale mit allem was das Koch-Herz begehrt. Lange Diele mit Schuhschränken. Badezimmer: Toilette, Dusche, Badewanne, Waschmaschine (bis zu 9 kg). Zweites, separates Gäste-WC mit Waschbecken. Schlafzimmer 1: 1,40 x 2,00m Bett, Couch, Kleiderständer, Regal + Balkon. Schlafzimmer zwei: 1,40 x 2,00m Bett & Kleiderständer. Die Schlafzimmer werden gerade renoviert. Bilder folgen in Kürze. Alle Räume der Wohnung haben Fenster, was die Wohnung sehr hell macht. Persönlich benutze ich das Wohnzimmer oft als Fotostudio. Wenn Du auch ein Filmemacher oder Fotograf bist und eine meiner Kameras, Lampen, Blitze oder Hintergründe mieten möchtest - sag Bescheid! :-)
