Please German: Aufgrund eines längeren Auslandsaufenthaltes möchten wir uns Wohnung im wunderschönen Pankower Florakiez vermieten. Der Mietvertrag gilt jeweils für 6 Monate und kann bis zu 1 Jahr oder sogar länger immer wieder halbjährlich verlängert werden. Ich habe sehr viel Liebe in das Design der Wohnung gesteckt. Auch legt das Haus sehr viel Wert auf ruhige und nette Mieter welche sich in die Gemeinschaft einfügen. Kinder sind gerne willkommen. Das Schlafzimmer wird derzeit als Kinderzimmer genutzt. Es ist aber möglich das Kinderzimmer so abzustücken um den Kleiderschrank aus dem Flur zu platzieren. Rewe und ein Bäcker sind 2 min vor der Haustür. Der Florakiez hat eine extrem angenehme Nachbarschaft. Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Plus 2 sehr schöne Parks in Fußnähe. S Bahn, Bus und Straßenbahn sind fussläufig 5 min entfernt. Nach Prenzlauer Berg und in den Mauerpark sind es 15 min.
