3 rooms apartment of 140m² in Berlin

We offer our lovely apartment in Berlin-Schöneberg due to a 2-years research stay abroad. Our apartment has 140 m2 (approximately 1500 sqft), one oversized open living/dining room (50 m2), and two spacious bedrooms, plus 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. There is lots of extra storage room, including a separate small extra room with washer and dryer. On top of that, we have a private backyard (another 150+ m2), with a terrace and garden-feeling. The apartment is fully furnished. Equipment for kids is available and schools in the area are great. We could also adjust the furniture to your personal needs. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Here you have the urban and nonchalant flair that make Berlin such a cool place, but still everything is green, kids-friendly and walkable. There is a park just across the street; you will have all types of restaurants, coffee places, bars, boutiques and street markets at walking distance. Supermarkets and drugstores are also close, and it is just a few steps to the U-Bahn (U7) and major Bus routes. We can adjust the furniture to your needs and help you with settling in. We have lived in Schöneberg for most our lifes, and just moved to Sweden, with our kids. So, we know the area very well, and we also know about all the difficulties that come with organizing a research stay (or any stay) abroad.
