The place is located 2 minutes from the river Elbe with its lovely green surrounding. Along way you can walk or hike to the nearby city Centre or explore places like the Elbe castles not far away. In walking distance you can reach the university clinic, the CRTD for regenerative therapies, the max Planck institute for molecular cell biology and genetics and other institutes. The old city center is just 10 minutes by bus or bicycle away. Here it’s easy to get a connection to any other place in the city. Im Winter ist die Fußbodenheizung optimal zum Wärmeerhalt. Die Wohnung befindet sich 2 min von der Elbe und der umgebenden Grünflächen entfernt.
