4 rooms apartment of 108 m² in Hamburg

As we are abroad for parts of the year, we are looking for a temporary tenant for our centrally located, family-friendly apartment in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel. It is an approx. 115 square meter 5-room apartment with a full bathroom, guest toilet, eat-in kitchen and garden (however, we will “only” rent out four rooms, one room is loaded with personal belongings, so that would be around 108 square meter). Rooms and furnishings: Kitchen-living room: The heart of the apartment is a very spacious, cozy kitchen-living room with sitting area, which is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, baking utensils, dishwasher. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and TV. Bedroom: With a 1.60 double bed, quietly situated facing the garden. There are also two children's/young people's rooms, one with a bunk bed, one with a pull-out bed, both with a view of the garden, each equipped with a desk, bookshelf, additional pull-out sofa beds and closet. Toys and children's books are available. If required, baby travel cot and high chair. There are two bathrooms: a spacious bathroom with washbasin, shower, full bath and toilet. And a guest toilet with washbasin, washing machine and dryer. Hallway with large built-in closet and bookshelves. Garden: There is a small, quiet garden to the rear with two terraces directly off the apartment for your sole use, including garden furniture and a small trampoline. We recently had a facade renovation, so the garden is currently not as pretty as in the photos, but it will soon be repaired by a gardener.
