The karaoke box and microphone can be used to create fun singing competitions. If the screen is not needed, you can simply raise it at the push of a button and the balcony comes into view. Despite being located on the 1st floor, the balcony is very quiet, so it's a perfect place to enjoy your evening. Behind the trees, you can still catch the lake view.
