Elegant Designer Apartment in Charlottenburg

Spacious, bright, 3-room, 90 square meters, furnished apartment on Ludwigkirchplatz, one of Berlin’s best and most iconic neighborhoods, Charlottenburg/Wilmersdorf. The building and apartment, classic Berlin Altbau, have been completely renovated. A renowned Berlin artisan and architect team have made the apartment a brilliant example of modern design and efficiency combined with old-Berlin elegance. The hardwood floors are mostly original and have been refurbished. Each of the rooms has lovely molding on the ceiling, and all of it has been stripped and repainted so that the artwork and craftsmanship show through clearly.
