Das Appartement wurde im Mai 2019 fertig gestellt und die gesamte Einrichtung ist neu. Die Wohnung ist zum ruhigen Hof gelegen - im Nachbarhaus wird jedoch gerade das Dach ausgebaut,. Die Terrasse ist ab ca. 13 bis zum Sonnenuntergang im Sommer um 22 Uhr von der Sonne beschienen. Die Lage ist absolut zentral. Vor der Türe befindet sich die U-Bahn - Station "Schönhauser Allee". Sicher mehr als 50 Restaurants stehen im Umkreis von 500 m zur Auswahl. Wer ein besonders schönes Umfeld mit gehobeneren Restaurants bevorzugt findet dies in zehn Minuten Laufentfernung um den Kolwitz- und den Wasserturmplatz. Der Mauerpark ist ebenso nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. In 20 min steht man ebenso vor der Museumsinsel oder den Hackeschen Höfen. Alle bisherigen Besucher fanden das Appartement sehr schön und betonten besonders die sehr gute Lage. Die Terrasse ist in ständiger Benutzung.
