Die Lage ist absolut zentral. Vor der Türe befindet sich die U-Bahn - Station "Schönhauser Allee". Sicher mehr als 50 Restaurants stehen im Umkreis von 500 m zur Auswahl. Wer ein besonders schönes Umfeld mit gehobeneren Restaurants bevorzugt findet dies in zehn Minuten Laufentfernung um den Kolwitz- und den Wasserturmplatz. Der Mauerpark ist ebenso nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. In 20 min steht man ebenso vor der Museumsinsel oder den Hackeschen Höfen.
