A fantastic building, both inside and out. Great street with class. You leave the house and life starts on the next street, cafes, shops, everything.
The accommodation
The apartment is 59 m². The living/dining area is separated from the bedroom by arches. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge, freezer and a stove with oven. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and a dryer.
The TV has the public TV channels and WiFi is available. Bed linen and towels are available for our guests.
The apartment is located in the basement and is accessed via a separate entrance on the left. She is very bright.

Ein fantastisches Gebäude, sowohl innen als auch außen. Tolle Straße mit Niveau. Ihr geht aus dem Haus und in der nächsten Straße geht das Leben los, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einfach alles.
Die Unterkunft
Die Wohnung umfasst 59 m². Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist vom Schlafzimmer durch Rundbögen abgetrennt. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet und verfügt über eine Kühl-, Gefrierkombination und einen Herd mit Backofen. Im Bad befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner.
Der Fernseher verfügt über die öffentlich-rechtlichen Fernsehsender und WLAN steht zur Verfügung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind für unsere Gäste vorhanden.
Sie Wohnung ist im Souterrain gelegen und wird über einen linksgelegenen separaten Eingang erschlossen. Sie ist sehr hell.
