It offers a bedroom for (bed 1.40m) with a big wardrobe. Another wardrobe is in the hallway. In the kitchen area is a sofa. All additional costs and even electricity, heating, Wifi, TV with USB port are included in the price. All you have to bring is some clothes and your Laptop! The kitchen is fully equipped with a bartable, Ceramic hob, Oven, refrigerator, espresso cooker (due to environmental reasons we do not support pad machines), microwave, dishwasher, disches, pots and pans. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and washing machine. Towels are, of course, included in the bathroom equipment. German: Schickes und helles Apartment (50m²) im Herzen der Stadt! Trotz der zentralen Lage ist das Apartment ruhig. Es gibt einen Südbalkon (Sonnenseite) neben dem Wohnbereich. Das Apartment ist modern, gepflegt und praktisch eingerichtet. Es bietet ein Schlafzimmer (Bett 1,40m) mit großem Kleiderschrank. Ein weiterer Kleiderschrank befindet sich im Flur. Im Küchenbereich befindet sich ein Sofa. Alle Nebenkosten und sogar Strom, Heizung, WLAN, Fernseher mit USB-Anschluss sind im Preis inbegriffen. Alles, was Sie mitbringen müssen, sind ein paar Klamotten und Ihren Laptop! Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Bartisch, Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Espressokocher (aus Umweltgründen unterstützen wir keine Padmaschinen), Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Geschirr, Töpfen und Pfannen. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne/Dusche und eine Waschmaschine. Handtücher sind selbstverständlich in der Badezimmerausstattung enthalten.
