English: It has recently been fully remodelled and is perfect for a single person or a couple without children. The living space faces SW so it has a lot of light, and is beautiful at magic hour. (in winter it really makes a difference) If you love cooking, the kitchen will bring you joy. The Sofa is very comfortable and music and movies look and sound really great. The bed is fitted with a memory foam mattress and the room has blackout curtains, a closet and a hanging rack. The bathroom has both a rain shower and a bath tub. If you work form home, the adjustable height standing desk is there for you to use and so is a wide screen display. The house is equipped with both smart lighting and smart heating, perfect for the winter months. This is my home and I love it. I have put a lot of effort into making it this way, so if you’re interested to make it your home for a few months, you will need to take very good care of it as well as for my few plants and my Bonsai. German: Die Wohnung wurde vor Kurzem komplett renoviert und ist ideal für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar ohne Kinder. Der Wohnbereich ist nach Südwesten ausgerichtet, bekommt viel Licht und ist besonders bei Sonnenuntergang wunderschön – gerade im Winter macht das einen großen Unterschied. Wenn du gerne kochst, wirst du in der Küche viel Freude haben. Das Sofa ist sehr bequem und das Setup für Musik und Filme sorgt für ein großartiges Erlebnis. Das Bett ist mit einer Memory-Foam-Matratze ausgestattet, und das Schlafzimmer verfügt über Verdunkelungsvorhänge, einen Kleiderschrank und eine Kleiderstange. Das Badezimmer hat sowohl eine Regendusche als auch eine Badewanne. Für das Arbeiten von zu Hause gibt es einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch und einen großen Monitor. Die Wohnung ist mit smarter Beleuchtung und smarter Heizung ausgestattet – ideal für die Wintermonate. Dies ist mein Zuhause und ich hänge sehr daran. Ich habe viel Aufwand und Liebe hineingesteckt – und wenn du für ein paar Monate hier wohnen möchtest, erwarte ich, dass du genauso sorgsam damit umgehst, auch mit meinen Pflanzen und meinem Bonsai.
