English: Most Welcome to Alt-Stralau! I rent out my very loved and cherished city apartment in for me, the best part of Berlin. The apartment was finished in 2015. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms. The apartment has all the furniture you need. A new Edeka (grocery store) just opened 200m away so you are set for excellent peninsula city living on Alt-Stralau.
Two bedrooms, one with a 180cm wide futon that can be rolled up and works as a sofa as well. It has a great oak desk, a very large closet, a printer and most what you need for comfortable living.
The small bedroom also has great 160cm wide bed, with a huge storage beneath, a small desk, shelfs etc. The apartment works well for two people that work from home. The big sleeping room also works wonderfully as a therapy or coaching room with a seperate bathroom and separé to close off the living room.
Design fireplace, hammock, hifi stereo, Full HD Projector. Here you have a full city package in 3 row to the river spree with Treptower Park and Ostkreuz Sbahn very close, as well one of the most vibrant and alive parts of the city, a bike ride away. A forest (Plänterwald) is also only 15 min away by bike.
A outdoor parking space, can be rented for 100 Euros per month.
A tired but functional adventure bike is also included in the price if needed.
German: Ich vermiete meine sehr geliebte und geschätzte Stadtwohnung im für mich besten Teil von Berlin. Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2015 fertiggestellt. Sie hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, 2 Bäder. Die Wohnung hat alle Möbel, die man braucht. Ein neuer Edeka (Lebensmittelgeschäft) wurde gerade 200m entfernt eröffnet, so dass Sie für eine ausgezeichnete Halbinsel Stadtleben auf Alt-Stralau eingestellt sind.
Zwei Schlafzimmer, dass grössere davon mit einem 180 cm breiten Futon, der aufgerollt werden kann und auch als Sofa dient. Es hat einen großen Eichenschreibtisch, einen sehr großen Kleiderschrank, einen Drucker und alles, was man zum komfortablen Wohnen braucht.
Das kleine Schlafzimmer hat ebenfalls ein 160 cm breites Bett, darunter einen großen Stauraum, einen kleinen Schreibtisch, Regale usw. Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für zwei bis drei Personen, die von zu Hause aus arbeiten. Der große Schlafraum eignet sich auch wunderbar als Therapie- oder Coaching-Raum mit separatem Bad und Abtrennung zum Wohnzimmer.
Design-Kamin, Hängematte, Hifi-Anlage, Full HD Projektor. Hier haben Sie ein komplettes Stadtpaket in 3 Reihen zur Spree mit Treptower Park und Ostkreuz S-Bahn ganz in der Nähe, sowie von den pulsierendsten und lebendigsten Teilen der Stadt eine Fahrradtour entfernt. Ein Wald (Plänterwald) ist nur 15 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Einen privaten Aussenstellplatz direkt vor dem haus, kann für 100 Euros dazu vermietet werden.
Ein müdes, aber funktionstüchtiges Adventure-Bike ist bei Bedarf ebenfalls im Preis enthalten.
