The apartment is in a quiet street, but only a few steps away from all the hustle and bustle, the best coffee places, restaurants, brunch places. The flat itself has some nice design touches, but still feels very cozy. The kitchen has a comfy wooden corner and gets all the morning sunshine. Quiet bedroom towards the backyard. I especially love the bathtub which is nestled into the back of the bathroom, it's extra deep and allows you to relax after a long day of activities. The bedroom is very cozy and quiet, it overlooks the backyard, and there's a table by the window where you can work from. Big walk-in closet for storing away all your belongings. The living room has a comfy Scandinavian couch (Bolia) and a dining table that can be extended. There's a BenQ projector with AppleTV and a good sound system to play music. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße, aber nur ein paar Schritte entfernt von den besten Cafés, Restaurants und Brunch Locations. Die Wohnung selbst hat einige nette Design-Akzente, fühlt sich aber immer noch sehr gemütlich an. Die Küche hat eine gemütliche Holzecke und bekommt die ganze Morgensonne. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich renoviert und hat eine brandneue Küche und ein neues Bad. Ein Highlight ist vor allem die Badewanne, die sich im hinteren Teil des Badezimmers befindet. Sie ist extra tief und man kann sich nach einem langen Tag voller Aktivitäten entspannen. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, Töpfe und Pfannen, Kaffeemaschine, Backofen usw. In der Ecke der Küche gibt es einen kleinen Tisch, der sich perfekt für das Frühstück eignet, und man kann die Morgensonne auf dieser Seite genießen. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr gemütlich und ruhig, mit Blick auf den Hinterhof, und es gibt einen Tisch am Fenster, an dem man arbeiten kann. Ein großer begehbarer Kleiderschrank bietet Platz für alle Ihre Sachen. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine bequeme skandinavische Couch (Bolia) und einen Esstisch. Es gibt einen BenQ-Projektor mit AppleTV und ein gutes Soundsystem zum Abspielen von Musik. Der Balkon geht auf die Vorderseite des Gebäudes hinaus und ist mit Stühlen und einem kleinen Tisch ausgestattet :)
