This apartment, which is located directly at the subway entrance, one of the main lines of Berlin Mitte, was carefully and freshly renovated and equipped in the summer of 2018 by an interior designer. It is a two-room apartment and, in addition to the living room and the bedroom, has a hallway, a bathroom and a kitchen. You look into the quiet green backyard. The old building has subtle stucco and a ceiling height of almost 3 meters. A special feature is the variably switchable lighting system, which creates the right ambience for every mood. Marble tiles, a rain shower and a Siemens washing machine were installed in the newly renovated bathroom. The ceramics are from Villeroy & Boch. The kitchen has Siemens electrical appliances including a dishwasher and is fully equipped. The living room has a dining table, a comfortable sofa with a vintage coffee table and a 49" flat screen. A bar and a small workplace can also be used. The bedroom has a box spring bed () with bedside tables, a two meter wall unit, a seat and blackout blinds. The hall shelf has wifi and some storage space for shoes. The apartment is fully equipped and ready for occupancy - it's enough to bring a suitcase and a laptop! :)
