1 room apartment of 55m² in Berlin

English: My apartment is about 55 square meters in size and is not far from Kurfürstendamm. It consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. I particularly like the bright living room, which is very friendly thanks to the large windows. The location is a highlight: you can reach Kurfürstendamm in just a few minutes, where there are lots of stores, cafés and restaurants. Nevertheless, my street is relatively quiet, so you can relax at home. The apartment is comfortably furnished and its size makes it very practical. I have enough space for guests, but it's not too big, so cleaning is done quickly. Overall, it's a very pleasant place to live - I enjoy both the central location and the pleasant atmosphere in my apartment. German: Meine Wohnung ist etwa 55 Quadratmeter groß und liegt nicht weit vom Kurfürstendamm. Sie besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer, einer Küche und einem Bad. Besonders schön finde ich das helle Wohnzimmer, das durch die großen Fenster sehr freundlich wirkt. Ein Highlight ist die Lage: Man erreicht den Kurfürstendamm in wenigen Minuten, dort gibt es viele Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants. Trotzdem ist meine Straße relativ ruhig, sodass man sich zu Hause gut entspannen kann. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und durch ihre Größe sehr praktisch. Ich habe genug Platz für Gäste, aber sie ist nicht zu groß, sodass das Putzen schnell erledigt ist. Insgesamt wohnt es sich dort sehr angenehm – ich genieße sowohl die zentrale Lage als auch die angenehme Atmosphäre in meiner Wohnung.
