English: The apartment is located on the first floor and is furnished. It consists of two rooms. A living room with integrated kitchen and a separate bedroom. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and a washing machine. Especially attractive is the balcony to the quiet backyard and the underfloor heating. In general, the apartment is very quiet despite the very central location. The apartment is located directly on Spittelmarkt, in the heart of Berlin. Due to the central location you are very well connected. Nevertheless, the area is quiet and not crowded. Especially nice is the proximity to the Spree arm - here you can walk from the apartment to the Jannowitzbrücke along the river. Transportation: The apartment is only 2 -minutes walk from the subway station Spittelmarkt. From there, the U2 line runs and you can reach any neighborhood very quickly. Friedrichstraße and Alexanderplatz can be reached within 5 minutes. The subway line 8 (connects Wedding with Kreuzberg and Neuköln) is about 10 minutes walk away. Here you can either walk to Jannowitzbrücke, Heinrich-Heine Straße or Moritzplatz. Furthermore, there are numerous bus connections. Shopping facilities: There are four supermarkets within walking distance (about 5-7 minutes). Restaurants/ Bars/ Clubs: There are several restaurants and snack bars in the immediate vicinity.
