You rent a 70m² renovated apartment in the center of Berlin at Kollwitzplatz. Here is a melting pot of international guests, Cafes, restaurants and artists. The apartment is located only 5 minutes from Alexanderplatz. the next tram is 400 m away and is is easy to reach the place with public transport. The big living room have a nice chesterfield sofa and a fireplace to enjoy nice evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with all, that is necessary like dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, etc. You have a huge balcony to have breakfast outside or just to read a nice book outside in a very quiet surrounding. The bedroom have a bed 180 x 200 cm. You have internet, TV, DVD, telephone, radio. There is a big bathroom with shower, double sinks and a bath. For visitors, there is a second small WC. On Thursdays and Saturdays, there is a famous market just 20 m down the street to buy every kind of fresh food or just to get some products from farmers of the Berlin surrounding area. Towels, blankets, toilet paper are included. The owner speaks some English, French, and Spanish.
