The washing machine is additionally located below the sink. The elongated bathroom has a bathtub with a shower device. In addition, it offers a large heater for drying wet towels or clothes. The aforementioned balcony, due to the height of the apartment, offers a handsome view as well as space to relax in the fresh air. LOCATION The apartment is located in the beautiful Neuköllner Flughafenkiez, which is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Berlin with its diverse recreational opportunities. Directly in front of the door, you will find a variety of shopping facilities for daily needs as well as catering establishments.
