Rent 3 bedroom apartment of 90 m² in Augsburg

I am only renting my flat in the period 29.04. - and only to a cat-loving person who will look after my two tomcats (both very playful and cuddly) during this time. Therefore, no travelling should be planned during this period.
It is very important to me that the person renting the house gets to know my cats beforehand. I will also explain the details of my cosy city flat directly by the city stream.

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung lediglich im Zeitraum 29.04. - und nur an eine katzenliebende Person, die sich in dieser Zeit um meine zwei Kater kümmert (beide sehr verspielt und verschmust). Daher sollten in diesem Zeitraum keine Reisen geplant sein.
Es ist mir sehr wichtig, dass die untermietende Person vorher meine Kater kennenlernt. Dabei erkläre ich dann auch die Einzelheiten meiner gemütlichen City Wohnung direkt am Stadtbach.
