The accommodation
The 74 m² flat is located on the top floor of a residential building with a total of 4 floors that was completely renovated in 2022. The bright flat consists of a living/dining room with integrated kitchen, daylight bathroom and the bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). There is also a sofa bed in the living room so that a total of 4 people can sleep comfortably.
All rooms lead off the spacious hallway, . none of the rooms are so-called connecting rooms. Apart from the modern tiled bathroom, the flat has beautiful real wood parquet flooring.
The new kitchen, with dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer compartment, is fully equipped with the most important kitchen utensils, including a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, and much more.
The modern bathroom with a window overlooking the courtyard has a washbasin, a floor-level shower and a bathtub that invites you to relax.
In the living room there is a large TV (43 inch (approx. 1 m)) with HDMI connection. An HDMI cable is also available for easy playback of videos from a laptop.
Lightning-fast WiFi with 500 Mbit/s is available free of charge. Your laptop can be connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or LAN (there is a LAN socket in every room) so that you can surf the web and work on your laptop without any problems. A small desk is available for comfortable working. There is also a Bluetooth speaker for playing your own music.
The flat also has a roof terrace with a view of the quiet and pretty inner courtyard. This is the perfect place to end the day with a glass of wine.
The washing machines in the stairwell can be used free of charge. Clothes drying racks and irons are available for drying laundry.

Access for guests
Enter the driveway via the main entrance and turn right into the stairwell of the apartment block. Here you take the stairs or the lift to the fourth floor / top floor. The entrance door to the flat is on the left-hand side. Check-in is possible at any time.

Die Unterkunft
Das 74 qm große Apartment befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines in 2022 komplett sanierten Wohnhauses mit insgesamt 4 Etagen. Die helle Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohn-/Esszimmer mit integrierter Küche, Tageslichtbad und dem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,60 x 2,00 m). Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich zudem eine Schlafcouch, sodass insgesamt 4 Personen komfortabel schlafen können.
Alle Zimmer gehen vom geräumigen Flur ab, . keines der Zimmer ist ein sogenanntes Durchgangszimmer. Abgesehen vom modern gefliesten Badezimmer ist die Wohnung mit wunderschönem Echtholzparkett ausgelegt.
Die neue Küche, mit Spülmaschine, Backofen und Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, ist vollständig mit den wichtigsten Küchenutensilien ausgestattet, . Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, .m.
Das moderne Bad mit Fenster zum Hof verfügt über ein Waschbecken, eine bodengleiche Dusche und zusätzlich eine Badewanne, die zum Entspannen einlädt.
Im Wohnzimmer steht ein großer Fernseher (43 Zoll (ca. 1 m)) mit HDMI Anschluss zur Verfügung. Ein HDMI Kabel zum einfachen Abspielen von Videos vom Laptop ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Blitzschnelles WLAN mit 500 Mbit/s steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Euer Laptop kann via WLAN oder LAN (in jedem Zimmer befindet sich eine LAN-Dose) mit dem Internet verbunden werden, sodass ohne Probleme gesurft und mit dem Laptop gearbeitet werden kann. Ein kleiner Schreibtisch zum komfortablen Arbeiten steht zur Verfügung. Ein Bluetooth Lautsprecher zum Abspielen der eigenen Musik ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über eine Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den ruhigen und hübschen Innenhof. Hier kann man den Tag bei einem Glas Wein perfekt ausklingen lassen.
Die Waschmaschinen im Treppenhaus können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Zur Trocknung der Wäsche stehen Wäscheständer als auch Bügeleisen zur Verfügung.

Zugang für Gäste
Über den Haupteingang kommst Du in die Durchfahrt und gehst nach rechts ins Treppenhaus vom Mehrfamilienhaus. Hier nimmst Du die Treppe oder den Aufzug in den vierten Stock / Dachgeschoss. Auf der linken Seite befindet sich die Eingangstür zum Apartment. Check-in ist jederzeit möglich.
