Experience Berlin at its most exciting—without giving up peace and privacy. This lovingly restored Altbau apartment is our second home in Berlin—a place we personally use at regular intervals. We therefore offer it only temporarily during periods when we’re not in the city, and availability can be limited. Quietly set in a charming inner courtyard yet perfectly positioned between Kreuzberg and Neukölln, you’ll enjoy calm and privacy at home while being surrounded by one of Berlin’s most creative and lively areas. At home you can truly unwind—step outside and you’re in the middle of “real Berlin”. Located on the 4th floor, the apartment is bright and peaceful, with classic Berlin Altbau character: high ceilings, beautiful proportions, and a carefully renovated finish that feels both elegant and welcoming. Just off Hermannplatz, you’re ideally placed to explore Kreuzberg’s iconic energy and Neukölln’s modern, multicultural vibe. The interior is set up for real everyday living—exactly as we maintain it for our own stays: a generous cm double bed, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking at home, and a modern, newly renovated bathroom. Whether you’re in Berlin for work or an extended stay, this is a space to settle in, recharge, and feel at home. Outside your door is “real Berlin”: specialty coffee, late-night bars, hidden wine spots, and an incredible mix of international street food. Explore lively markets, independent boutiques, or unwind at nearby Tempelhofer Feld—its sunsets are a local favorite. Privacy is paramount. You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself with complete independence—ideal for guests who value a quiet retreat after a day in the city. Daily essentials are close by: a bakery just steps away, a Netto supermarket nearby, plus organic shops and fresh produce markets within easy walking distance. Getting around is effortless: Hermannplatz (U7 and U8) is a short walk away, with several bus lines from Hermannplatz and Sonnenallee connecting you quickly to all parts of Berlin. The apartment is offered on a temporary basis, as it is also used by us for our own stays in Berlin.
