English: We offer our beloved large apartment in a new build small compound within a fantastic community. The apartment has a large living room with an open kitchen and a large dining table. The living room is directly connected to a large south oriented balcony and view into the surrounding lush greenery. It’s an oasis within the city where you can hear birds chirping all the time. There are two bedrooms available. The primary bedroom has a large double bed. The second bedroom is set up as a home office with a high adjustable desk but can also fit a large mattress or a baby bed depending on your needs. The bathroom offers both a bathtub and a shower.
German: Wir bieten unsere geliebte große Wohnung in einer neu gebauten kleinen Anlage in einer fantastischen Gemeinschaft. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und einem großen Esstisch. Das Wohnzimmer ist direkt mit einem großen, nach Süden ausgerichteten Balkon verbunden und bietet einen Blick in das umliegende üppige Grün. Es ist eine Oase in der Stadt, in der man die ganze Zeit die Vögel zwitschern hören kann. Es sind zwei Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Das erste Schlafzimmer hat ein großes Doppelbett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist als Home-Office mit einem höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch eingerichtet, bietet aber auch Platz für eine große Matratze oder ein Babybett, je nach Bedarf. Das Badezimmer bietet sowohl eine Badewanne als auch eine Dusche.
