2 rooms apartment of 52m² in Berlin

I am renting out my lovingly furnished condominium initially for 3 months – with an option for extension. The apartment is located in the beautiful Berlin district of Friedenau, in an attractive location between Zoologischer Garten, Schöneberg, and Tempelhof. The main train station is reachable in approx. 25 minutes, and the U9 subway line is only a 2-minute walk away. The apartment is quietly situated in the backyard and impresses with its bright and pleasant atmosphere. As I am going abroad for work for a few months, the apartment will be temporarily rented out for now. It is fully furnished; electricity and internet are already included in the rent. I prefer to rent to a woman or a quiet couple. A small surcharge applies for renting to two people. Viewings take place by arrangement – I plan a maximum of two appointments per day, so there is enough time for a relaxed viewing. If experienced and animal-loving individuals are found who would like to lovingly care for the cats, the rent can be reduced accordingly.
