English: Our cozy, newly renovated apartment is located in the middle of trendy Neukölln. The rooms have high ceilings with stucco and are lovingly furnished. In the living-bedroom you can use the daybed as a sofa or pull out as a double bed (160 x 200 cm). You have a wide view and lots of light, because all rooms are aligned to the south side. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all appliances and utensils. Again, you can sit comfortably. A small hall and the bathroom complete the apartment. The Körner Park and the extensive grounds of the former Tempelhof Airport are just a stone's throw away. There are many cafes and shopping opportunities, just around the corner. The S and U Bahn are within walking distance not 5 minutes. away. The city highway can also be reached by car in just 5 minutes. Landlords: We, Martina and Frieder, work as authors and filmmakers. We live near to the house and are always easy to reach if you need help or support. We speak German, English, Spanish, Italian and French. Rules: Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. It is a quiet residential house. Celebrating parties is not allowed. We ask for respectful interaction with neighbors. The Internet may NOT be used for any downloads or illegal distribution of copyrighted material. The artwork is insured and included in the furnishing. Permanent residents are not allowed to stay with you. The security deposit is one month's rent. You will get it back when you move out and if there is no damage. Auch hier kann man gemütlich sitzen. Ein kleiner Flur und das Badezimmer runden die Wohnung ab. Der Körner Park und das weitläufige Gelände des ehemaligen Flughafens Tempelhof sind nur ein Steinwurf entfernt. Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele, direkt um die Ecke. Die S- und U-Bahn sind fußläufig keine 5 min. entfernt. Die Stadtautobahn erreicht man ebenfalls mit dem Auto in nur 5 Minuten. Regeln: Unsere Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung.
