English: The flat has a total of 112 square metres, but I am keeping one room for myself to store my personal belongings while I'm traveling. I am therefore renting out the remaining rooms, . the kitchen, bathroom (with washing machine) and 2 beautiful rooms connected by a double door. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, wardrobes and desk and the living room with a sofa, piano and dining table. The flat is located in Schwartzkopffstr. in Berlin Mitte and is well connected to the underground and S-Bahn. The cleaning lady comes once a week.
German: Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 112 qm, ich behalte aber einen Raum für mich, um meine privaten Sachen unterzustellen, während ich unterwegs bin. Ich vermiete daher die restlichen Räume, also Küche, Bad (mit Waschmaschine) und 2 schöne Zimmer, die mit einer Flügeltür verbunden sind (insgesamt knapp 80 qm). Das Schlafzimmer ist mit Bett, Schränken und Schreibtisch und das Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Klavier und Esstisch ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt in der Schwartzkopffstr. in Berlin Mitte und ist gut an U- und S-Bahn angebunden. Die Cleaning Lady kommt 1x die Woche.
