Following this is a small hallway with a mini kitchenette and refrigerator, and an adjoining internal shower room. Additionally, a washing machine and dishwasher will be installed in the adjacent room - photos to follow. Fully equipped with dishes, bed linen, etc., upon request. A setup with a bed and couch is also possible, as well as a double bed setup. **Location** The apartment is located in an annex, easily accessible at ground level via the courtyard, and is wonderfully situated in a green area, surrounded by meadows, trees, and light fruit cultivation. The city forest is right behind the house and invites you to take a walk or a jog. The beach can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. Two supermarkets are about 5-8 minutes away by bike, the city center of Werder is about 10 minutes by bike, and the train station is about 12-15 minutes, or 5 minutes by car. Potsdam Central Station is 9 minutes away by train, Berlin Central Station can be reached in 37 minutes by train. Zwei Supermärkte sind in ca. 5 - 8 Minuten per Fahrrad zu erreichen, zum Stadtkern Werder fährt man ca. 10 Minuten per Fahrrad, zum Bahnhof in ca. 12 - 15 Minuten, bzw. 5 Minuten per Auto.
