English: We are renting out our apartment for 6 weeks while we are traveling. The maisonette apartment is located in the quiet district of Dresden-Trachau. The tram line 3 provides direct access within minutes to both Neustadt and Altstadt. Shops are within walking distance, and there are also restaurants nearby. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has the following features: -Maisonette -Open-plan kitchen -Small balcony -Main bathroom -Guest bathroom -Office / guest room -Bedroom Additionally, there is another bedroom in the apartment, but it will not be accessible during our absence. German: Wir vermieten für 6 Wochen unsere Wohnung, da wir auf Reisen sind. Die Maisonettewohnung befindet sich im ruhig gelegenen Stadtteil Dresden-Trachau. Mit der Straßenbahnlinie 3 kommt man direkt innerhalb weniger Minuten sowohl in die Neustadt, als auch in die Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar - auch Restaurants sind nahegelegen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG mit folgenden Merkmalen: - Maisonette - Wohnküche - kleiner Balkon - Hauptbad - Gästebad - Büro / Gästezimmer - Schlafzimmer. Weiterhin befindet sich noch ein weiteres Schlafzimmer in der Wohnung, dieses ist jedoch während unserer Abwesenheit nicht zugänglich.
