Good parking situation. 5-minute walk to the Pegnitzufer recreation area. Directly in nature and in the city! You can reach our cozy corner house by walking through the small garden. You can smoke both in the garden and on the balcony on the first floor, please do not smoke in the house :-) On the ground floor you have plenty of space to live on. After the front door you can reach the fully equipped kitchen on the left, where you can comfortably eat with four people at the dining table. The cuisine is decorated in a traditional Franconian style. In the living room opposite, you can ring out the day on the big sofa bed on Netflix or cable TV. The room is lockable, so that you can sleep well separately. If you come to work: there is plenty of room for creative ideas on the desk! The stairs up you will find the bathroom equipped with everything you need for longer stays. The master bedroom is also upstairs. You spend the nights in a new, very cozy box spring bed (180 x 200 cm). There is enough space in the chest of drawers or wardrobe for your travel bag.
