3 rooms apartment of 58 m² in Berlin

English: I am renting out my 2.5 room flat at Stadtpark Steglitz from February for 2-10 months or possibly longer (depending on agreement and respective needs). The flat is furnished and will only be rented to one person. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The rent is 1300€/month including wifi. German: I’m renting my cozy and furnished 2.5 rooms apartment close to the park Stadtpark Steglitz starting 1st February for up to 10 months (maybe longer depending on how my situation evolves).
