We are offering our centrally located apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain for sublet from August 1st to October 25th. We have a small, approx. 40sqm 2-room apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain, with a balcony facing the quiet, green inner courtyard. The apartment also has excellent transport links. Within a few minutes, you can reach, for example, Simon-Dach-Straße (many cafés, bars, etc.), Alexanderplatz with the U5, or anywhere else. Tram and subway are right outside the door, S-Bahn also nearby. The apartment is very quiet, located on a side street. We are looking for a reliable person to look after our apartment during this period. It is therefore perfect for someone who needs an apartment in Berlin for a limited period or over the summer for an internship or similar.
