English: We are renting out our cozy and very spacious apartment in Berlin-Karlshorst while we travel around Europe on parental leave. The apartment offers a spacious living and dining area with an adjoining private terrace in the quiet garden. This can also be used as a communal area. There are two bedrooms, one of which is the children's room—this can also be used as a second bedroom (bed provided) or study/working space (desk provided). We can furnish the rooms flexibly according to your needs. The actual study will be locked during the rental period, so there are 3 rooms available, as well as a large bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. Karlshorst is located on the outskirts of the city and is only 6 minutes from the Berliner Ring by S-Bahn. The apartment is about a 6-minute walk from the train station. The zoo and Wuhlheide (big park) are nearby for long walks – ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of Berlin and still being close to the city center. There are various shopping facilities just a 5-10 minute walk down the street, including Edeka, Aldi, Penny, Rossmann, Bio Company, Denns Biomarkt, Netto, various pharmacies, and other medical services. German: Wir vermieten unsere gemütliche und sehr geräumige Wohnung in Berlin-Karlshorst während wir in unserer Elternzeit Europa bereisen. Die Wohnung bietet einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit anschließender privater Terrasse im ruhigen Garten. Dieser kann als Gemeinschaftsfläche mit genutzt werden. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, eins davon ist das Kinderzimmer - dies kann auch umgenutzt werden als 2. Schlafzimmer (Bett wird bereit gestellt) oder Arbeitszimmer (Arbeitstisch wird bereitgestellt). Je nach Bedarf können wir die Zimmer flexibel möblieren. Das eigentliche Arbeitszimmer wird verschlossen sein während der Vermietung - es stehen also 3 Zimmer sowie ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und ein separates WC zur Verfügung. Karlshorst liegt am Stadtrand und ist mit der S-Bahn nur 6 Minuten vom Berliner-Ring entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 6 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. In naher Umgebung liegt der Tierpark und die Wuhlheide für lange Spaziergänge im Grünen - also optimal, um den Berliner Stadtgewusel in Ruhe zu entfliehen und trotzdem schnell im Berliner Zentrum zu sein.
