With its bright interior and sunny south-facing balcony featuring an awning, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The spacious living and dining room is open and cozy and features a TV area. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for daily life. The bathroom is comfortably equipped with a shower and bathtub. There is also a practical storage room with a washing machine, dryer, and freezer. The desk in the study is available for use. A mouse, keyboard, and external monitor are provided. The building community is friendly and pleasant—treating one another with respect and appreciation is important to us. German: Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung liegt mitten im beliebten Kölner Stadtteil Nippes und bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Kölner Dom. Durch ihre helle Gestaltung und den sonnigen Südbalkon mit Markise lädt sie zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen ein. Das großzügige Wohn- und Esszimmer ist offen und gemütlich gestaltet und verfügt über einen TV-Bereich. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für den Alltag braucht. Das Badezimmer ist komfortabel mit Dusche und Badewanne ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gibt es einen praktischen Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Gefrierschrank. Im Arbeitszimmer kann der Schreibtisch genutzt werden. Maus, Tastatur und externer Monitor sind vorhanden.
