I’m renting out my lovely fully furnished 1-room apartment in the popular Frankfurt Sachsenhausen area. It’s about 39 m² and has everything you need to feel at home. The absolute highlight is the view of the Frankfurt skyline! The large windows let in lots of light, making the space feel bright and welcoming.
The building is well-maintained, has an elevator, and is just a minute’s walk from the Main River – great for walks or a jog. The city center is only about 15 minutes away by foot, and Alt-Sachsenhausen with its bars and clubs is nearby for evenings out. There’s a REWE supermarket and a gym just around the corner, and the “Frankensteiner Platz” tram stop is right outside, giving you excellent transport links.

ich vermiete meine schöne, voll möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im beliebten Frankfurt Sachsenhausen. Die Wohnung ist ca. 39 m² groß und bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Das Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der Blick auf die Frankfurter Skyline! Dank der großen Fenster ist die Wohnung schön hell und wirkt dadurch noch freundlicher.
Das Gebäude ist gepflegt, mit Aufzug, und nur eine Minute zu Fuß vom Main entfernt – perfekt für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen. Die Innenstadt erreicht man in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, und für die Abendgestaltung liegt Alt-Sachsenhausen mit seinen Bars und Clubs in der Nähe. Für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es einen REWE und ein Fitnessstudio direkt um die Ecke. Außerdem liegt die Haltestelle „Frankensteiner Platz“ direkt vor der Tür – also eine top Anbindung!
