The apartment is fully furnished. We are subletting our beautiful home because we will be abroad for work for 5 months from 1st of March until 31st of July. The apartment is ideal for a couple or single use. There are many parks in walking distance, including Tempelhofer Feld, Viktoria Park and Gleisdreieck. You will also find supermarkts, farmacies, shops, libraries, a variety of bars and restaurants all in our neighborhood. Despite the lively area the apartment is in a quite street with the bedroom facing the backyard. Unsere Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Wir vermieten es für 5 Monate, da wir beruflich im Ausland sein werden. Die Wohnung ist vom 1. März bis 31. Juli verfügbar. Bitte
